As part of Newco’s policy to add value to service delivery, improve customer satisfaction and make clients feel happy , Newco has introduced a group monthly birthday celebrations onboard. A special birthday cake is prepared which is jointly cut by the celebrants. Clients who have their birthdays fall between the 1st and 15th of a particular month, celebrate their birthdays on the second Friday of that month. For those whose birthday fall between 16th and 30th of the same month, celebrate theirs on the third Friday of that month. A special dinner is also prepared on the day to add more worth to the celebrations and to create a sense of belonging amongst the clients.
